I’ve been gone for a long time because after injuring my neck (initially deemed a muscle strain), rather than healing with time, the area of pain increased to the point that using my arms (minimally) could trigger spasming and lasting pain. Even car rides and straps on my shoulders caused pain that could stick around and create a symptomatic spiral. What helped immediately was traction, and eventually, when discovering the right at- home exercises provided enough relief to get off of nerve medication, I discovered a supplement that could be beneficial instead, agmatine, which could even help the potential lingering side- effects like brain fog.
