Trying Different Diets, Intuitive Eating, Pro- Metabolic and What I’ve Learned

The pro- metabolic is becoming mainstream in the health sphere. Dr Mercola, a formerly staunch low- carb advocate, is an immensely popular and influential voice in the health and wellness field. He made the top 10 most influential anti- vaxxers, but we won’t even get started with that here. Paul Saladino, is similarly very popular formerly- carnivore- advocate and has recently made the same transition.

So lots of people in the health field are likely now wondering what to do, feeling confused and wondering what this is all about.
I can relate, as I’ve been through the trial and error of trying to incorporate some of the same fundamentals. At this point, I’ve applied pro- metabolic principles as well. I’ve found some dogma there, too. What I’ve learned above all else is that your body is the main decider about what’s best for it. Each person is different and needs unique things based on where they’re at, their nutrient deficiency, historical nourishment, and even genetics (though they can be influenced). It’s important to get biofeedback from your own body and work with a practitioner who respects it as well.
